Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what I do with personal information in the course of carrying out mastering work and associated activities.

This web site is owned and operated by me Mark Hammond as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

I am the Data Controller for personal information, which I store and process for the following purposes only:

• To maintain contact with clients and prospective clients
• To manage billing and payments
• To maintain notes and correspondence relating to current and previous jobs
• To send occasional newsletters to those contacts who have explicitly opted in

The information stored may include:

• Name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Postal address

Personal information is stored and processed locally on computers at my mastering studio in the United Kingdom, in HubSpot CRM (hosted in the EU), and in the Google cloud.

Backups of personal information are stored on physical backup drives at my mastering studio in the United Kingdom, and on the BackBlaze cloud backup service.

I do not hold any paper records.

I do not store client bank details or card details, or process payments. Payments are processed and stored by PayPal and by Starling Bank on my behalf.

I do not share personal information with any third party for any purpose, unless explicitly agreed with a client or where required by law.

This website uses analytics cookies to help me understand visitors and their use of the site. No personal information is collected.
